Sir/Madam,
This year too, SBI Card -GE Capital Services has levied annual fee on a card that was deceitfuly given as lifetime free credit card.
SBI Card-GE Capital Services every year (refer 3 ***) reverses this annual fee completely, then dishonestly promises that such eventuality will not recur next year.
September 2008
I spoke in June 2008 to the SBI Card Helpline (refer 2***).
I spoke again in July 2008 with SBI Card Helpline (refer 1***)
to reverse the entire amount or cancel my credit card.

The promise of reversal has been partial.
FEE late payment was charged.
When there was no annual fee there cannot be fee late payment charge and interest on it every month.

There is no reason to pay to SBI Credit Card or to keep such a fraudulunt card.
Please cancel my SBI Credit card.

Fraud is a crime, and also civil law violation.

Hello,
The GE Capital Services, using our trust in SBI, has cheated me
by offering sbi credit card as
Life Time Free sbi credit card
from Ghatkopar (East), Mumbai Branch.

Annual fee is charged and reverted after reaching you.
I do not want such a card where every year the drama of levying annual fees and our struggle to get it reverted will continue no end. It takes away valuable time and energy reaching customer care. The reply "our system is down, call after half an hour" is too bad.

I had buy a AC model no is VWF-3522 from Ezone Mumbai central branch my purches code is SO/20011000368 now the problem is no cooling and when I call the Ezone he had send the Executive to repair the same he told me your AC Gas is leakage from the pipes that's y the cooling is not happening now IN THIS CASE U HAVE TO GIVE ME A REPLACEMENT ASAP or send some one to repair the same

I think it is high time that you deal personally with responses from customers.

WHY VIDEOCON CAN NEVER BE THE BEST?


Here is explanation of what goes wrong with a live example.

I choose to buy Videocon AC. The Dealer insists full cash payment in advance. He assures that the AC will be delivered to me.

The Delivery is given on subcontract. Delivery people bring the AC and dump it at your home/office.

Two young boys arrive and install the AC. They vanish with money for installation and photocopy of the purchase bill.

Videocon has given total contract for after sales to only one Contractor (There is another for namesake) for entire MUMBAI. Mumbai is the cash giving cow for marketing people. The contractor of Videocon deals with many other things besides, videocon after sales.
Please note that the dealer (YOUR POINT OF PURCHASE)does not entertain complaints about the product sold by his outlet.

If you have problem the next minute, the next day, or whenever you begin using the AC the repair people do arrive after (maximum score is 6 reminder calls)you call them.

They do something. If you are not satisfied about the cooling, or the gas is burst with a loud noise they pick up the AC, take it to someplace where they repair it and reinstall the AC.

The customer has no way to communicate exact problems to the technician who repairs.


MENTAL DISTRESS AND VALUABLE TIME LOST

Whenever they come, you take a half day leave or cancel your work for about 2 hours. You leave your work and spend hours waiting believing the repair guys will come at the time they said they would. Waiting is for 'n' number of days or hours.
If only one guy comes to repair you are requested to help in dismounting or mounting the AC machine.

Nowhere Videocon technician is in the picture and there is no way or system for Videocon Company to get authentic feedback from customers.


However good your product be, if it is attended by untrained youngsters, the contractor does not loose money, but VIDEOCON looses its image. The death of brand identity is dangerous and spreads like infectious disease by word of mouth.

I know you as a person, hence I feel sorry for the mismanagement of after sales of your products, specially in the face of cut throat competition.

Multinational giants give toll free 24 x 7 contact phone number as well as email address to redress customers' grievances.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION MATTERS
Another Professional Company is specially and separately appointed to check how complaints are attended. Email arrives from this company with a questionnaire to check if the complaint was addressed satisfactorily by the manufacturing company.

Dear Sir, With high expectations I went to your Videocon AC Dealer name "Next" at 12, Kapil Vihar, Main Road, Pitampura, Delhi - 110034 and met D.N. Gandhi on 04 June, 2006. Instead of buying an LG AC, the brand which I was using for last 4 years and without any hassle, I bought Videocon 1.6 ton AC as recommended by DN Gandhi. I get that AC installed on 07th June afternoon but when I checked the AC in the night, the compressor was not working hence their was no effective cooling. After my complaints Videocon engineer visited and during his inspection it was found that the gas was not there in the compressor and hence he recommended to get a replacement or he give me an option to get it refilled by videocon technicians. Thereafter I give a call to DN Gandhi for the replacement but he refused to replace the AC and told me to refilled the gas in the new AC and during that conversation he was least bothered about my complaint and all personnel's in his shop were laughing on the phone saying "AC mein to gas hi nahin hai". After 2 days and my numerous phone calls to DN Gandhi, Videocon Customer Care and Mr. Josh (GM at Videocon Towers, Jhandewalan, New Delhi) 2 technicians visited our home and filled the gas. But even after that the cooling was not perfect. Thereafter again I register my complaint to DN Gandhi and Mr. Josh and then I got a call from Videocon on 14 June, 2006 that my AC will be replaced in next 2 days time and since then I am making continuous efforts making numerous phone calls to both these gentlemen but still my request has not been considered. It is really a horrible experience for me to switch over my brand loyalty from LG to Videocon and I must say that I made the most foolish decision while purchasing the AC. Neither Mr. Josh nor DN Gandhi gives a reciprocal call after so many request made by me. I hope you can understand how disheartening it is to buy a new AC worth Rs. 15,000/- but you can't operate it through out this summer season. Today 01 July 2006, when I gave a call to DN Gandhi he offer me that he will change the AC by evening but again I have to bear freight charges and installation charges i.e. approx Rs.500/- which I don't want to spend, he says that he will not spend even Rs. 5 from his pocket so I have to bear this expenses again. Sir, I hope you can understand my anguish and agony since last 25 days but
it is really disappointing that such brand name and a big company like Videocon work like in such a haphazard manner. Believe me after so many calls and requests now if I get my AC replaced, I will not be in a position to recommend your brand to anybody.
